Building 10 – ATS Brescia

The construction works for the Renovation of Building 10 – ATS Brescia just started.
The aim of the project is to create new offices, considering both the historical structure’s restrictions and the requirements imposed by the regulations on public offices.
There are indeed several interventions which have been scheduled, including:
– structural adaptation to increase seismic resistance;
– upgrading of electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and computer systems;
– fire safety improvements;
– removal of architectural barriers.
3TI, as leader of the JV MAIN Management & Ingegneria, Seingim , Flavia Maria Benato restoration expert, and Dr. Luca Fornari, is in charge of the project management, architectural design, structural engineering, health and safety management, and project coordination.
