The intervention consists in the recovery and requalification of the “Collina della Pace” area, through soil remodelling interventions, green arrangement and urban furnishing of the hill.
The works are carried out on an area basically characterized by two different portions.
The first portion coincides with the area pertaining to functional Lot I that has been levelled and upgraded to the standards, following the backfill after the demolition of the building previously carried out by another contractor, at a height of almost 30.05m.
The second portion is instead located 8.00m higher than the first, on an area that coincides with the existing park of Collina della Pace and shows a hill trend; moreover, some disused and decaying buildings occupy this latter area.
The works are divided in two main activities.
The first activity is relative to the construction of the slope starting from the area located at an inferior height, from which one or two walls will be built and then backfilled until the head to gain a major height to build the following wall and so on until the achievement of the foreseen heights. The second activity, once completed the construction of the slope, consists in the building of the tracks on the ground, the flooring and wall coatings, the planting out and systems to complete the functional and environmental recovery of the area.
