The Bagnoli city park covers an area of 158 hectares and contains former industrial buildings to be converted into sites of industrial archaeology. The preliminary design of the park also included the design of a photovoltaic plant for the production and sale of electrical energy. The key objective of the project is the renovation and reinterpretation of existing spaces to create a new environment for a wide range of activities and uses, reconfiguring the city's general town planning scheme.
The city park is an island in the centre of this area overlooked by the city. The natural beauty of the environment embraces the high quality of new residential, commercial and office spaces, creating a new model of environmental sustainability and consistency.
