3TI was commissioned to develop a series of improvement proposals to the design of the new hospital of Fermo.
The hospital is a complex of 4 interconnected buildings (plus the technological plant).
The three storey Block A hosts the Day Hospital and Day Surgery; Block B, four storeys in height, houses the haemodialysis and the samples centre, functional diagnostics, laboratories and functional rehabilitation wards;
Block C, also four storeys, hosts the emergency department, surgical unit, intensive care unit, hemodynamic and radiology operation ward, the childbirth unit, nursery, neonatal pathology and technical areas; the fourth block, two storeys in height, is home to High Care and Low Care hospital rooms.
The new hospital will have a total area of 41,439 square meters and 329 beds.
