The proposal for the Temporary Structures is to create shelters that express the abundance of ideas and creativity present in New York. Each component of the pavillion is a work of personal expression: painted, tagged, stenciled, or colored by one of the 8.000.000+ people living and working in the city who want to participate in the assembly and construction.
