The second story is from Carla Gerundino, partner of 3TI since 2018 and one of our most brilliant young architects: “3TI embarked on an immersive experience in the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian cultures when we drafted Architectural Guidelines (AGL) for the RB Rail AS | Rail Baltica project, meeting and dialoguing with representatives from ministries, associations and experts in the field in this truly participatory design project. The result was a comprehensive and inclusive proposal that, ensuring an overarching identity, also rose to the challenge of respecting each of the three states’ own identity. The project turned out to be a rich experience of new faces, places, languages and vistas, creating bonds that extended beyond the working environment. We are particularly proud have successfully completed this strategic assignment of international engineering, architectural and social significance”
