Engineering the Future: Chapter 3 is here!

The first edition of the “3TI Back to School: Next Generation” STEM initiative has officially concluded!

This time, Livia Capobianchi, Partner, Senior Engineer and Contract Manager, met the students at the Convitto Nazionale “Regina Margherita” in Anagni (Rome), offering a real window into the world of large-scale engineering and the many growth opportunities the sector can offer. A clear message came through: when technical expertise meets passion, ambitious ideas become reality.

From promoting STEM careers to empowering young talent to challenge traditional boundaries, our mission remains unchanged: bridging the gap between academia and the professional world and reinforcing that engineering is for everyone, especially women, who are playing an increasingly central role in the profession.
