3TI contributes to the “Waterfront del Levante”‘s redevelopment in Genoa

3TI has recently delivered the technical and economic feasibility project for the masterplan of Genoa’s Levante Waterfront.
The project, designed by Renzo Piano and donated to the Liguria Region, the Municipality of Genoa and the Port Authority, is part of the Urban Operational Project (PUO) to implement general redevelopment and to enhance the relationship between city and sea.
The activities carried out by the JV led by 3TI involve the demolition of some former fair pavilions and the project of some infrastructure works, an urban park and an underground garage.
