3TI for Nuclear decommissioning

3TI has just been appointed by Sogin under a framework agreement for the decommissioning of the Caorso nuclear plant in Piacenza, Italy. Built in 1970, the plant was operational until 1981 and closed permanently in 1990.

The task will involve technical services related with nuclear decommissioning, mechanical and hydraulic engineering, MEP and Systems, Environmental Consulting and administrative procedures management. 3TI will also be in charge of Works Supervision and Technical Testing in order to remove the nuclear fuel and radioactive waste.
