3TI Progetti celebrates four award-winning projects at the IIDA 2025!

Thrilled to share that four of our projects have been recognised at the IIDA International Design Awards 2025, celebrating excellence, innovation, and positive impact in contemporary architecture and engineering worldwide.

At the Milan awards ceremony on March 25, our team of architects at 3TI Progetti, Franca Francescucci, Partner & Technical Director, Desiree Della Vecchia, Architect at 3TI Progetti, Letizia Bernabei, Architect at 3TI Progetti, Alice Sallustro, Architect at 3TI Progetti, and Ilaria Di Giacinto, Architect at 3TI Progetti, represented the company and received the awards.

The IIDA Awards bring together designers and professionals from across disciplines and geographies, highlighting the evolving role of design in contemporary practice.

Our awarded projects:

• New COTRAL Bus Terminal – Rieti – Silver Award in Public Architecture category
• New COTRAL Headquarters – Roma – Silver Award in Office Space category
• Railway and Archaeological Urban Park – Monterotondo – Gold Award in Landscape Architecture category
• New Regional Emergency Hospital – Cluj – Gold Award in Public Architecture category

These recognitions reflect our ongoing commitment to complex and strategic projects, where design is developed as an integrated process to deliver functional, sustainable, and socially impactful environments.
