3TI Progetti @inHUB – Together to Grow 2025

The event 𝘪𝘯𝘏𝘜𝘉 – 𝘛𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘸 𝟤𝟢𝟤𝟧 organised by Hub Engineering Consorzio Stabile s.c.a.r.l and co-organised by Erre.Vi.A. S.r.l..A. and B&B Progetti S.r.l. hosted by Museo Nazionale Scienza e Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci” in Milan, took place on November 28–29, bringing together companies, professionals, academics and design studios to explore how design and production meet through advanced project engineering.

Representing 3TI, Stefano Luca Possati– 3TI Founding Partner and Senior Technical Director, and alfredo ingletti – 3TI Chairman, OICE Vice President & FIDIC – International Federation of Consulting Engineers President.

During the panel “Beyond Borders: internationalisation strategies for engineering firms”, Alfredo shared his insights on the current key challenges in expanding into foreign markets — from navigating cultural and regulatory barriers to adopting the processes and tools that enable Italian engineering to stay competitive abroad.

The debate highlighted the importance of pursuing with determination the path toward Italy’s significant international positioning, supported by the strength of its institutional and business network.

The event offered a clear, forward-looking reflection on what it means to design and deliver complex projects in an increasingly global landscape.
