Celebrating Talent, Engineering the Future

To mark International Women’s Day, we are proud to share the second chapter of our “3TI Back to School: Next Generation” initiative. At 3TI Progetti, celebrating this day means turning inspiration into action by bringing real-world leadership directly into the classroom.

Our Senior Partner and Infrastructure & Energy Division Director, Maria Teresa Navarra, recently met with students at Liceo Scientifico ‘Rita Levi Montalcini’ in Rotonda (PZ). By sharing her journey in managing large-scale infrastructures, Maria Teresa demonstrated how passion and expertise can break boundaries, encouraging young minds, especially girls, to pursue careers in STEM with confidence.

Empowering female leadership and nurturing new talent is at the very core of our mission. We believe that by bridging the gap between education and the professional world, we are investing in the visionaries who will design the world of tomorrow.
