Skurusund Bridge in leStrade Magazine
The May issue of @rivistalestrade features an article dedicated to the new Skurusund Bridge, one of the most significant recent infrastructure projects within the Swedish road network.
Developed along road 222, the new steel bridge provides a strategic connection between Stockholm and the eastern archipelago, responding to growing mobility needs while engaging with a highly sensitive landscape context.
Its steel structure plays a key role in the project’s construction strategy, enabling an efficient and controlled building process. Particular attention was also given to sustainability during the construction phase, supported by the ILQ construction method, which helped reduce the impact of works while ensuring precision, quality and efficiency on site.
3TI Progetti was responsible for the detailed and construction design, shop drawings and technical assistance during the construction phase, contributing to an infrastructure that brings together structural engineering, construction methodology, mobility and environmental integration.
