Parco di Via D’Isa: a renewed public space between accessibility and landscape
On July 9, the Parco di Via D’Isa in La Storta, Rome, was inaugurated in the presence of @robertogualtieri, Mayor of @roma, S.E. Mons. Gianrico Ruzza, Bishop of Porto-Santa Rufina, and @dantorquati, President of @municipioromaxv.
Federica Stravato, Partner and Senior Architect, and Maria Carello, Senior Architect, as work supervision office, attended the inauguration for 3TI Progetti, which was responsible for the construction supervision of the recovery and regeneration works carried out as part of the Jubilee 2025 programme.
Dedicated to Cardinal Eugène Tisserant, the park has been returned to the community with accessible paths, play areas, fitness facilities and rest spaces integrated into the landscape near the Veio Regional Park.
The intervention preserved the site’s natural character and transformed its steep morphology into an opportunity to enhance views towards the surrounding landscape, making the park accessible to different categories of users.
