Inspiring the next generation of women engineers

As an Ambassador of the Ingenio al Femminile project promoted by @Cesop HR Consulting Company, 3TI Progetti supports initiatives that encourage more women to pursue careers in engineering and STEM fields.

Through @Giulia Diaferio’s story, we highlight the experience of young women engineers and the importance of inspiring future generations in our sector.

Working in the Infrastructure Division, she contributes to the design of roads, motorways and railways, creating infrastructure that will serve communities for years to come.

Her story offers an insight into her experience as a young engineer and highlights the importance of seeing more young women like her choosing careers in engineering.

As Giulia also says, talent has no gender. We are proud that she represents 3TI Progetti in the Ingenio al Femminile project.
