Restoring value to public assets. Creating value for communities.

As part of the broader programme led by Agenzia del Demanio to regenerate and valorise public real estate, 3TI has supported a number of interventions across Lombardy, helping assess the potential of these properties and define opportunities for their future use.

In the provinces of Como and Sondrio, our work has covered 10 properties, including barracks and police headquarters, some of them subject to heritage protection, for a total of approximately 43.000 sqm.

Understanding the characteristics and condition of these buildings is the starting point for determining how they can be preserved, improved and adapted to new uses. Together with @sperispa and @seingim.engineering, 3TI carried out surveys, geological and structural investigations, seismic vulnerability and energy assessments to inform their transformation and redevelopment.

The goal is to bring these properties back into use, returning functional assets to the public estate and enabling them to respond to new needs and serve their communities.

A tangible example of how engineering and culture can work together to generate social impact, transforming public assets while preserving their identity and history.
