PLATFORM Real Estate 2026

A property’s value is shaped long after its design is complete.

On 9–10 November, PLATFORM Real Estate 2026 will return to the MAXXI Museo nazionale delle arti del XXI secolo. Conceived by Platform Architecture and Design and co-produced with PPAN, the event will bring together professionals from the property, finance and design sectors.

Under the theme “Investment, Management and Value,” the event will examine how financial strategies, evolving urban needs and new management approaches influence the long-term performance of real estate assets.

The programme will address hybrid developments, emerging investment opportunities and the role of real estate in urban regeneration, with a dedicated focus on Rome’s next phase of transformation.

Attending on behalf of 3TI Progetti will be Francesca Salvador, Senior Partner & Director of General Buildings Division, maria scala, Partner & Director of Sustainable Development, and Patrizia Scafati, Senior Engineer & Project Manager.
