ASL Pescara’s New Healthcare Complex “Casa della Comunità e dell’Ospedale della Comunità”

Approved the 1st phase of the technical and economic pre-feasibility design for the ASL Pescara’s New Healthcare Complex “Casa della Comunità e dell’Ospedale della Comunità”.
3TI Progetti, leader of the JV with SCHEMA 17 – Progettazione Integrata and SPERI, will be in charge of architectural, structural and MEP design, fire prevention and health and safety management.
The design of the new complex is developed according to specific criteria of optimization of functions and resources, of the technologies used and of ethical, energy and environmental sustainability, adopting a compositional strategy focused on integration with the urban context and the pre-existing buildings.
