Ex fonderia Ragno project – Messina

3TI Progetti, in JV with SPERI and Alcotec SpA, is verifying the status of the “ex-fonderia Ragno” in Messina, a requalification project with the purpose of guaranteeing the highest standards of seismic safety and energy efficiency of the new building.

The future complex, which will host a library and a study center equipped with “smart” technology, will benefit of European Union Next Generation funds linked to PNRR, destined for projects aimed at the regeneration of public areas and buildings to be used for social services and social inclusion activities.
