3TI celebrates International Women in Engineering Day!
INWED, held annually on 23 June, is an international awareness campaign to raise awareness around a stubborn problem: women engineers are desperately needed, but there are few women in these roles. Studies show that women can fill crucial positions in the engineering workforce.

The most relevant strengths of 3TI’s long-standing policy in the area of gender equality, which made possible to obtain the certification UNI/PdR 125 on last year, are listed below:
– employee ownership system now consisting of 18 partners, 11 of whom are women (shown on the carousel pics);
– equity and equality of pay between men and women (women get higher salary in 3TI company);
– facilities (e.g. flexible working hours) allow all employees, regardless of gender, to reconcile work with private and family life;
– a higher percentage of women than men in 3TI team.
