New Healthcare Complex – ASL Pescara Montesilvano

The project addresses the ASL Pescara’s need to enhance local healthcare services by constructing a new building to house the Community House, Community Hospital, and Territorial Operational Center.

The new complex is designed to achieve very high energy performance, with nearly zero energy requirements, significantly covered by renewable energy sources installed on the roof, and will be classified as an NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building). Specifically, the new complex will include three main areas:

• Community house with an area of 1,350 sqm, which will accommodate the Specialist Care Area, Primary Care, Proximity Assistance, and General Services and Logistics Area, operated by a multidisciplinary team of GPs operates.

• Community hospital, providing low intensity clinical care, including inpatient wards and general logistics, with 20 beds.
• Territorial operational center, responsible for coordinating citizen care.
