Fano Waterfront / Official presentation to citizens

3TI Progetti has obtained the approval of the detailed design for the Waterfront project in Fano. The project was presented on Tuesday by our Senior Architect Luana Gazerro and in video connection our Founding Partner and Senior Technical Director Stefano Luca Possati to the Municipality and the local community, and we are now preparing to start the construction works by the end of this year. The project aims to provide the city and its inhabitants with a new area for the 2024 summer season. Designed together with PROAP – Arquitectura Paisagista, SA, the project focuses mainly on enhancing the existing urban space along the coastal area, especially in the approximately 7 km stretch between the municipalities of Torrette and Ponte Sasso.
