“First and foremost, designing is drawing. Drawing is our first childhood form of structured communication, before language even. Our journey began 25 years ago, around an old table with a pencil in hand, drawing our first designs and mapping out 3TI’s future. We have never stopped moving forward since then; we have no intention of doing so. We believe it is vital to love what you do. We work every day to improve the quality of our projects, abiding by the principles of integrity that have always been the foundation of our operations. In the “Poetics of Music”, Igor Stravinsky writes that one cannot force oneself to love, but one can force oneself to gain knowledge, and one can only gain knowledge through engagement. Gaining knowledge to love, loving to gain knowledge. Browsing quickly through the highlights of these past 25 years, it becomes clear that from this original core, a group of people have walked a path together, focusing all efforts and energies on building our future and cultivating knowledge. These are the principles that have underpinned how we envision our community and how we have boldly pursued our future with passion. And to think, we are just at the beginning…”
