Final design of the Segni-Colleferro Terminal

After the approval of the preliminary design, we are proceeding with the development of the final design of the Segni-Colleferro Terminal, developed by 3TI Progetti in JV with SPERI for Cotral Spa.

This new hub marks a major step forward for public transportation in Segni and Colleferro and in the overall Region, improving access to schools and other essential services. Strategically located, it ensures user safety through advanced lighting and controlled access for pedestrians and vehicles. The project prioritizes sustainability, using rooftop photovoltaic panels and eco-friendly materials like laminated wood for structural elements. It offers cost efficiency and rapid construction. Aluminium micro-perforated screens act as passive bioclimatic devices, reducing energy use.

In its core is The Lantern, a design concept reflected in the building’s transparent façade and large openings, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The illuminated structure becomes a recognizable landmark, even at night. The Segni-Colleferro Terminal joins a series of projects across the region developed for Cotral.
