Proud to share that Francesca Salvador, 3TI Senior Partner & General Buildings Division Director, was recently featured in ArchiTalkIng by Fondazione Inarcassa.

In this interview, Francesca shared how architecture can address today’s social and environmental challenges, from inclusion to sustainability and urban regeneration. She highlighted the social value of architecture and engineering, not just as a means of shaping physical spaces, but as a tool for enhancing the well-being of people and communities, as we have actively implemented, just for instance, in the transformation of the Ex-Slaughterhouse in Bisceglie.

She reflected on 3TI Progetti’s commitment to gender equality, following our UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification since 2022, and how working in an inclusive environment has empowered her career.
