🚧🏛️ Work is progressing on the “Railway Urban Park and Archaeological Park” project for the @Comune di Monterotondo!
This ambitious initiative, funded under the PNRR – NextGenerationEU program, aims to deliver a sustainable, inclusive, and accessible green space for the local community.
Our team developed the Technical and Economic Feasibility Design, and we are now overseeing the Works Supervision, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
♿ With universal accessibility and usability at the heart of the design, key features include:

– Fully Accessible Pathways: made with permeable floors in stabilized earth, totally ecological, natural and recyclable.

– Durable and Low-Maintenance Materials: eco-friendly, permeable, and mechanically resistant outdoor paving solution, which creates a durable draining surface that allows rainwater to be absorbed, preventing puddles and erosion, while also being fully recyclable at the end of its life cycle.
