Work is well underway on the Renovation of the Former Robbiani Hospital in Soresina (CR)!
This strategic project, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU under Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR – Mission 6), will transform a historic building into a modern, sustainable healthcare hub for the local community.
3TI Progetti, in JV with SPERI and Litos Progetti srl, is in charge of Work supervision, overseeing the implementation of this important project for ASST Cremona, which will house the new Community Health Centre and Community Hospital.
The initiative aims to blend historical preservation with modern engineering solutions, through a series of targeted interventions, including:
– Conservative Restoration
– Safety and Sustainability
– Comfort and Hygiene
