Celebrating Women Shaping the Future of Engineering!

We are proud to have once again served as Ambassador of the Ingenio al Femminile award. Yesterday, Maria Teresa Navarra – 3TI Senior Partner and Infrastructure and Energy Division Director, maria scala – 3TI Partner and Director of Sustainable Development, and Manuela Regna – 3TI Partner & Project Coordinator of the International Division, took part in the award ceremony, held at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in Rome.

Now in its 5th edition, the initiative – promoted by the National Council of Engineers (CNI) in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company – celebrates the talent, professionalism, and creativity of women engineers across Italy.

The six awarded theses showcased how AI is transforming all fields of engineering, highlighting how innovation and emerging technologies are reshaping the profession in the world of STEM.

As a member of the jury, Maria Teresa Navarra contributed to the evaluation of the theses, helping to highlight and reward the research and commitment of young female engineers.
