🔬 3TI Progetti’s role in the expansion of CERN’s ISOLDE complex

3TI Progetti has been awarded the contract for the design and works supervision of the planned expansion of CERN’s ISOLDE (Isotope Separator Online Device) facility, a key infrastructure supporting fundamental physics research.
The scope of the assignment includes the design and construction of a new underground building and related access galleries, as part of the broader development of the ISOLDE target & experimental facility.
The works are located on the border between Switzerland and France, where the new underground structures will be connected to the existing facilities.
This intervention is part of Phase 2 of the programme’s implementation and represents a further step in enhancing the experimental environment that supports CERN’s scientific mission.
