A key institutional visit to a vital PNRR project in Rome!

The requalification and energy efficiency upgrade of Public Residential Housing in Municipio IV, between Via Tommaso Smith and Via Sebastiano Satta, recently gained important institutional attention, highlighting its strategic and social value. The project addresses housing vulnerability and building decay, providing real benefits to residents. Beyond improving energy performance, it strengthens the neighbourhood’s social fabric by preventing marginalisation and promoting inclusion, ultimately enhancing residents’ quality of life through safe, efficient, and integrated housing.
We were honored to welcome on site:
– Ornella Segnalini, Councillor for Public Works and Infrastructure
– Tobia Zevi, Councillor for Heritage and Housing Policies
– Massimiliano Umberti, President of Municipio IV
This important PNRR-funded project is being carried out with the support and coordination of:
– RUP: Sara Ceccoli
– JV: 3TI Progetti (Lead) + Eng. Adriano Tiberi / Works Supervision and Health and Safety Management
– Contractor: Ferraro SpA
The intervention focuses on significantly improving residents’ living conditions through: major energy efficiency upgrades, insulation of the building envelope, installation of new fixtures and implementation of photovoltaic systems.
We are proud to collaborate with Roma Capitale to deliver these essential improvements, with completion set for December 2025.
A concrete step forward for sustainability, safety, and community well-being.
