Advancing Community Healthcare Infrastructure in Campania

We are proud to announce that 3TI Progetti, as partner in the JV with SPERI, is currently responsible for the works supervision of six new health facilities for ASL Caserta, under the regional framework agreement promoted by Regione Campania.

The works include the new construction of six different buildings at the following locations:
Cancello ed Arnone and Vairano Patenora: single-storey buildings for Case di Comunità (Community Health Centres).
Santa Maria Capua Vetere and Mondragone: two-storey complexes housing Case di Comunità on the ground floor and Ospedali di Comunità (Community Hospitals) on the upper floor.

The works also cover external landscaping, parking areas and technical facilities.

All interventions are guided by strict sustainability standards, using eco-compatible materials in compliance with CAM (Criteri Ambientali Minimi) and designed according to DNSH principles, ensuring no significant negative impact on the environment throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
