Advancing Project Governance: A Global Perspective on Dispute Boards

3TI is pleased to share that Alfredo Ingletti, President of FIDIC, Chairman of 3TI, and Vice President of OICE, will join the DRBF International Conference in Rome (14–15 May, Auditorium Antonianum).

The DRBF Conference marks a major milestone for the global Dispute Board community as it celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, highlighting how the construction industry is increasingly shaped by the quality and maturity of project governance. The conference will foster dialogue and knowledge sharing, emphasizing robust contractual frameworks, effective risk management, and transparent collaboration across the sector.

Alfredo will speak in the opening session, “The Global Standard: The Next Generation of Dispute Boards,” offering a global perspective on project governance and exploring the pivotal role of the engineer, alongside Dispute Boards as a key tool for project success, and the value of strong industry partnerships.
