Building the future with a social impact project!

šļøWe had the pleasure of hosting the 5th-year Building Engineering and Architecture students from the University of Rome @sapienzaroma at our Via Pietro Gasparri site in Primavalle – Torrevecchia.
As part of the āProgettazione Integraleā course led by Associate Professor Federica Rosso, this visit turned theory into practiceā offering future engineers a first-hand look at a project thatās both socially impactful and rooted in urban regeneration.
Guided by Franca Francescucci, 3TI Partner and Senior Architect, and Letizia Bernabei, 3TI Architect, the students experienced the real-world challenges and impact of their future profession.
Commissioned by ATER Roma (Architect Simona Serafini) within the āContratti di Quartiere IIā programme, we are overseeing the demolition and reconstruction of three public residential buildings comprising 12 homes ā replacing an outdated building by addressing aspects related to energy-efficiency, sustainability, seismic safety, and the quality of living space for the community.
3TI Progetti is leading the design, site management, work supervision and health & safety management (Architect Paola Colonna), with works carried out by DellāOrco s.r.l. / La Fenice srl
