Celebrating Excellence in Partnership – 3TI Progetti x Cotral Spa

A few weeks ago, our team – represented by Michele Amerio, Luana Gazerro and Desirée Della Vecchia of 3TI Progetti, together with Dario Anastasi of SPERI – met with Cotral’s President Manolo Cipolla and Andrea Gianni, Andrea Pulcini, Simona Cutini, Daniele Lo Sardo for a special occasion: the formal presentation of the IADA Award to Cotral’s leadership.

The award recognises the New Cotral Headquarters in Rome as a Platinum Winner at the International Architecture & Design Awards 2025, celebrating Cotral’s significant commitment to territorial regeneration, sustainable infrastructure and the continuous pursuit of architectural and technical excellence.

An achievement which has been supported by Inarea’s collaboration that reflects not only a forward-looking public vision, but also the strength of a long-standing and effective partnership.
This shared path demonstrates what can be achieved when public vision, technical expertise and integrated design move together toward a common goal.
