Construction works for the new REH Cluj started

🚧 We are excited to announce the start of construction works for the new REH Cluj, an ambitious project that marks an important step for the region’s healthcare infrastructure. During the ceremony on 18 May 2024, several institutions were present.

Catalin podaru, CEO Leviatan Group, underlined the importance of using technology in the realization of investment project: ‘This tender had the most modern requirements in terms of implementing the BIM standard in construction. We have already developed the platform and I am confident that, through these modern technologies, we will be able to deliver the required performance.’

With a built up area of 176.638 sqm and a total investment of around 3.35 billion lei, financed mostly by the Ministry of Investment and European Projects and the European Investment Bank (EIB), the new SRU Cluj will be a state-of-the-art medical centre with 849 beds.
