Construction works has begun on the Restoration and Conservation of the ‘Ex Convento dei Teatini’ Complex in Ferrara, commissioned by the @regione_emiliaromagna and @agenziademanio
3TI Progetti, in joint venture with @sperispa , @studiorocchiarchitettura , Polo Progetti Soc. Coop. and archaeologist Dr. Mariangela Preta, was in charge of architectural and engineering services, both for final and detailed design, works supervision, health & safety management, as well as the updating of the survey in BIM model and the integration of preliminary investigations.
These tasks were performed using modelling and information management methods, together with materials and techniques with reduced environmental impact, in compliance with the Ministerial Decree (Decree) on the Protection of the Environment and Land and Sea.
