Cotral Spa in Monterotondo

We are proud to share our visit to the newly inaugurated headquarters of Cotral Spa in Monterotondo — a project we had the pleasure of contributing to and which is now fully completed.
As part of the project team, Luana Gazerro -3TI Partner and Infrastructure & Energy Division Senior Architect, Carla Gerundino -3TI Partner & Infrastructure & Energy Division Senior Architect, Aronne Fratus -3TI Partner and Project Manager of Infrastructure & Energy Division, Loredana Soldini -3TI Infrastructure & Energy Division Architect and Desirée Della Vecchia -3TI Infrastructure & Energy Division Architect contributed to the development of Cotral’s new project.

Designed to enhance operational efficiency while embracing environmental responsibility, the new 20000-square-metre features advanced solutions for energy and water savings, including a 100 kW photovoltaic system, rainwater and wash water recovery, dedicated well to reduce industrial water consumption.
