Digitisation for Poste Italiane: Full Speed Ahead in the North-West!

Since January 2025, we have been at the heart of the Polis Project by Poste Italiane, a key initiative of the PNRR Complementary Fund. Our goal is to help Poste Italiane to transform post offices into hubs for accessing public administration services. 🧑‍💻

This ambitious project aims to provide citizens in Italy’s 6,933 municipalities with fewer than 15,000 inhabitants with a Single Access Point (Sportello Unico), facilitating the spread of multi-channel services and reducing the digital divide and to date we are involved in 34 contracts.
Since June 2025, construction sites have been active in Limone Piemonte (CN), Gaglianico (BI) and Sant-Vincent (AO).
🚧 The project includes:
•   Laying new flooring and painting.
•   New relational and transactional workstations. 🖥️
•   Supply of modern furniture and digital devices (digital display, totem) for the provision of public administration services. 📱
•   Photovoltaic systems and smart building systems. 💡 ☀️

We are working passionately on this assignment, which is not just an engineering and architecture project but a real transformation of digital citizenship, making services closer and more accessible to everyone! 🤝
