Urban transformation continues in Chiaiano, where the Porta del Distretto Eco-Ambientale (Gateway to the Eco-Environmental District) of the Parco Collinare project is taking shape. This ambitious project, funded by the PNRR and the Municipality of Naples, is reshaping the urban fabric by replacing a prefabricated building and creating a new housing hub focused on sustainability and social inclusion.
As 3TI Progetti, we are at the heart of this initiative, collaborating with Servizi Integrati S.R.L. and Seingim. Our role is fundamental to ensuring that every phase of the realisation of the project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
The future district will not just be a new residential area, but a true “green building” model, with cutting-edge solutions for energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
