Employee Ownership: 10 new partners for 3TI PROGETTI

3TI PROGETTI has announced the appointment of 10 new Partners who have also become shareholders of the Company, through a capital increase.
“We are proud of this new achievement,” said chairman Alfredo Ingletti. “It strengthens our path in line with the Employee Ownership Association principles, which we believe guarantee organic growth by encouraging the sense of belonging and empowerment, and promoting knowledge transfer.”

All the new Partners, 7 women and 3 men, have gained significant experience in their particular sectors, and have provided a supportive role for 3TI over the years.
