Transforming Rome: our progress on 27 Churchyards for Jubilee 2025! ✨⛪🛠️

We are delighted to share an update on our work for the 2025 Jubilee!
3TI Progetti, leader of the JV with SPERI, Insula srl, Studio Rocchi Architettura and Seingim, is proud to be spearheading a vital project: the comprehensive requalification of 27 churchyards across Rome. This initiative goes far beyond basic repairs—we’re creating more beautiful, accessible, and functional community spaces.

Our teams are implementing:
– New lighting and revamped pavements
– Essential tactile paths for the visually impaired
– Enhanced urban furniture and green areas

Progress is moving steadily! We have already completed 6 churchyards, including S. Liborio, S. Giuseppe Artigiano on Via Tiburtina, and Santa Maria Regina Pacis in Monteverde, among others. Work is currently underway on 11 additional churchyards, many of which are scheduled for completion by August. The remaining 10 are next in line!

Thanks to our collective dedication, these historic sites will be ready for everyone—pilgrims and Romans alike.
