Lavinia Forte, new 3TI Director of Operations

Lavinia Forte has been appointed to the newly created Director of operations role, reflecting expanded leadership responsibilities to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. “She has all the qualities required to support us in implementing our priorities and increasing our competitiveness. She has proven leadership and technical expertise and I am confident that she will use her skills to strengthen and support our businesses as we deliver our growth plans” said our chairman Alfredo Ingletti presenting the new Director.

Lavinia is going to be tasked with the day-to-day activities of the company and will oversee operations management which includes finance, accounting, administration, legal, human resources, facilities and information technology.
