Since joining 3TI Progetti in 2012, Carla Gerundino, Senior Architect and Partner, has worked across architecture, urban planning and complex infrastructure, developing a multidisciplinary approach to design and project management.

Her career has taken her from projects in Italy to international assignments with a global perspective, strengthening her ability to coordinate complex processes, engage with different stakeholders and build lasting professional relationships.

Among these experiences, Rail Baltica played a key role in consolidating her expertise through the development of architectural and landscape guidelines for the international railway corridor and a participatory design process involving local communities.
