With over 35 years of experience, Francesca began her career in the technical field, contributing to design and construction supervision. Since 2001, she has been playing a strategic role within 3TI’s Italian Tender Department, overseeing every phase of the public procurement process — from feasibility analysis to the coordination of administrative documentation — always ensuring compliance with regulations and tight deadlines.
