Messina Urban regeneration: a new school social hub takes shape🏙️

The redevelopment of the former Ragno Foundry in Messina addresses genuine, shared needs.

We are transforming an old building in Messina, which has been abandoned for 30 years, into a centre for social inclusion and culture.

A new library and study centre will be created, dedicated to people with disabilities and professionals in the sector, as part of the major “Dopo di noi” project.

The design combines past and future, preserving the original spirit while adding a touch of modernity. 🏗️

💡 The new building will be a Nearly Zero-Energy Building (NZEB), with a focus on sustainable solutions.
