New Emergency Department at Policlinico Tor Vergata, Rome

The works at the Policlinico di Tor Vergata Hospital Complex are nearing completion. We are proud to have contributed to a facility that serves as a key reference point for the community’s well-being.

The project involves the construction of a new Emergency Department at the Policlinico Tor Vergata Hospital in Rome, equipped with all required clinical and technical facilities. The works focused on Level 4 of Tower 8, delivering a visitors’ waiting area, inpatient rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a dining and day room, treatment and examination spaces, staff facilities, outpatient rooms and doctors’ offices, as well as service rooms and storage areas supporting the department.

3TI Progetti provided Works Supervision and Fire Safety Certification services, coordinating site operations within a fully operational hospital environment and ensuring a phased handover of several functional areas to support healthcare services.

The service was delivered in collaboration with Seingim and SPERI.
