New Tram Connection

We are excited to share the details of our new tram line, which will connect Viale Regina Margherita — Piazzale del Verano to Tiburtina Station.

This new tram route will break away from the existing network at Verano, intersecting with Viale Regina Elena, and continue along Via Tiburtina, using the existing dedicated lane. It will culminate at the new terminus in Piazzale Ovest at Tiburtina Station, passing through five new stops. This is great news for those moving around the city, for an increasingly efficient and sustainable public transport system.
