Open House Roma 2025

We are pleased to share that alfredo ingletti – 3TI Chairman & Founding Partner, FIDIC – International Federation of Consulting Engineers President-Elect and OICE Vice President, Michele Amerio – 3TI Senior Partner and Director of the Energy & Infrastructure Division – and Andrea Ferrari – 3TI Project Coordinator – took part in the 2025 edition of Open House Roma, with a special visit to the redevelopment site of the former Atac SpA depot in Piazza Bainsizza.

This important project will transform the disused structure into the new Biblioteca della Lega Lombarda, restoring a historic site and giving it renewed social and cultural value. The initiative aims to create a dynamic, inclusive public space that blends preservation with innovation.
Many thanks to Open House for offering, through this event, a unique opportunity to explore buildings that are usually not accessible to the public – such as, in this case, an active construction site.
