Project management as a strategic driver in engineering

This was the central theme of the guest lecture delivered by Michele Amerio, Senior Partner and Technical Director of 3TI Progetti, during the Real Estate & Finance Master at @luissbusinessschool on 23 June.

In the session, Michele shared insights from 3TI Progetti’s experience in managing complex engineering projects, highlighting the strategic role of project management in large engineering organisations.

From governance and multidisciplinary coordination to risk management and decision-making, the discussion explored how effective project management contributes to delivering complex infrastructure projects while ensuring quality, efficiency and long-term value.
