Alfredo Ingletti is co-founder, Chairman and Technical Director of 3TI PROGETTI since 1997. He has always held a key leadership role in his Company, developing his strategy, thinking and progress.
He is a civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in architectural/infrastructural design and project management. With Giovanni Maria Cepparotti and Stefano Luca Possati he has shaped and built his firm as the largest Italian independent fully employee owned engineering company and has also been instrumental in encouraging the company to work internationally.
A great leader, who looks after his employees, is visible in the industry and who leads from the front. This is one of the most important reasons why he has been awarded “CEO of the year Medium Firm” by ACE (the leading Association for Consultancy and Engineering) at the European CEO Awards 2017.
From 2013 to 2017 Alfredo was pleased to be named Vice President Deputy for the International Business Development of OICE, Association which gathers the main Italian Engineering Companies. OICE is a member of FIDIC and EFCA, of which he was the External Aid Committee Member.
Alfredo personally devotes his time to the promotion and organization of training activities, as guest or speaker at meetings involving the main professional Institution of Engineers and Architects etc; every year he grants the opportunity to develop both project and managerial internships within its company, both in Italy and abroad.
